At NewYorkLists.com, we strive to provide excellent service and support to all our clients. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of listing plans, advertising services, and other related products offered through our platform.

1. Listing Services

a. Standard, Premium, and Pro Listings

• Once a listing (Standard, Premium, or Pro) is purchased and published, it is considered non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• If a business requests cancellation before the listing goes live, we may honor the request at our discretion and process a partial refund, subject to a 25% administrative fee.
• If a business wishes to remove their listing early, they may do so by notifying us in writing, but no refunds will be issued for unused time.

2. Advertising Services (Sponsored Listings, Display Ads, Email Marketing, etc.)

• Advertising campaigns are planned and scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days prior to the campaign start date for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations requested within 7 days of the scheduled campaign start date will not be eligible for any refund.
• Once an ad campaign has started, it is non-refundable and non-cancellable.

3. Auto-Renewals and Subscription-Based Services

• Some services may be set to auto-renew. Clients will receive a reminder 15 days before renewal.
• To cancel auto-renewal, clients must send a written cancellation request at least 7 days before the renewal date.
• No refunds will be processed for auto-renewed services if the cancellation request is made after the renewal date.

4. Custom Services (Content Creation, Lead Generation, Analytics, etc.)

• Due to the nature of custom and labor-intensive services, once work has commenced, no cancellations or refunds will be provided.
• If work has not started, a cancellation request may be approved with a 50% refund, depending on the stage of processing.

5. General Terms

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
• NewYorkLists.com reserves the right to cancel any listing or service at its discretion, with or without notice, and in such cases, a prorated refund may be issued.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

• If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend your listing and deny future services.
