I would highly recommend NYSSF to anyone considering solar. We worked with Jesse throughout our project, and he was exceptional from start to finish. His knowledge and passion for solar are evident; he even dedicates his free time to educating the community without any sales pitch (check out HVCC's Community Education class, "Solar Power at Your House", very informative). The entire NYSSF team was responsive, professional, and highly organized every step of the way. System specifications were clearly explained, project scoping was thorough and accurate, communication was consistent, and deadlines and commitments were honored throughout the process. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise, transparency, and follow-through so well. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

I give Power Market 5 stars for several reasons. Whenever I have any questions, I receive communication to clarify almost immediately. The administration is always so helpful, personable, courteous, caring and patient with me, an elderly woman. They are quick to explain, clarify, and make sure my questions and concerns are taken care of. Also, my electricity bill has been lowered and the power market bill is very reasonable. I was afraid it all would be too much but I love saving energy and found it is an excellent and reasonable choice for me. As I say, I have nothing but good to say about Power Market and their staff.

I had an excellent experience going solar with Sun Nation, a big part of that was Dave LoMonaco, who oversaw the entire project from start to finish. From day one, Dave went above and beyond what was needed. He was extremely honest, knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and never pushy at all—just very easy to work with. I had a long road from start to finish, but he made the entire process extremely, extremely easy and stress-free. The installation crew was just as impressive—professional, efficient, and very clean. They worked quickly while paying attention to detail, and left everything neat when the job was done. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and everything was handled smoothly from planning to final setup. You can tell Dave truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. These guys are really good at what they do. They installed the system on our warehouse facility in 4 months from contract to commissioning. They were very attentive about keeping us in the know. I can't say that we had a single problem through the whole process. We run a day time operation so our electric bill is basically nothing this summer. Highly recommended.
