I had a very positive experience with nurse Maksim Bogdanov from All Heart Home Care Agency. He is kind, attentive, and truly cares about his patients. Maksim is very knowledgeable, professional, and always takes the time to make patients feel comfortable and well cared for. His compassion and dedication really stand out, and I highly recommend him.

In 2012 I found an ad in the daily News papers on Longisland and decided to respond . Days later I was interviewed by Brian Callahan. Meeting him for the very first time Brian strike me as calm, thoughful, kind and understanding. During the interview something awful happened. His cell phone was placed on the table and my coffee accidentally spilled over and onto his smart phone. I was terrified but Brian remain calmly, he got up, grabbed a bunch of napkins and cleaned everything up and told me not to worry about it. My initial thoughts of Mr. Callahan was correct. Over the years, I told this story so many times. I was hired but I disappointed Brian. Just recently I reconnected and hired by his Agency. [ again ] THANK YOU . After many years , I met Brian again . And reminded him about the first interview and how I disappointed him then . Brian is exactly the same person as I thought at the first interview, calm, thoughtful, kind and understanding. Brian is the motto of what CARING mean.

I cannot say enough good things about Home Instead and all the staff there!! I needed care for my Dad, rather last-minute, due to a recent fall & failing health, and I researched quite a few caregiver agencies in NY. Home Instead had excellent reviews (which are very important to me), and of the several companies I reached out to, they responded immediately. I was, and continued to be, incredibly impressed with their awesome response time, follow up, and excellent communication. All the way from my initial questions, to paperwork, meeting with my father, and the caretakers they sent-- their professionalism is stellar!! I was always able to get hold of someone immediately, and at all times of the day, and I live in a 6 hour difference time zone! Their staff is incredible. From their administrative staff, to the caretakers they sent (we had two), they were all so responsive & so kind. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, caring elderly-care agency, with which to entrust the care of your loved one. I am so glad I found them!

The orientation and the application process was amazing that department did their job . I’m just waiting to hear back from any coordinator regarding a case now I wanna work
