The TVs were mounted perfectly, and he made sure everything looked clean and secure. What impressed me most was how respectful he was of our home. I had a really great experience with Sean and DTV. I hired them in 2022 to install a video intercom and keyless entry system for my small multi-unit building in Brooklyn. it was a completely seamless experience where Sean gave me a selection or options around price and sophistication and then offered a fair price. I should have done this review a few years ago but when I called them last week to ask for additional key fobs they were delivered to my door within a couple of days. I also want to note that when I tried to get my key fob copied on my own, the places I tried all said that a lot or building fobs are easy to copy (terrible security) but mine couldnt be and needed to be ordered. I’m so happy about that extra sense of security

Al and his crew did a fantastic job installing a new 65 inch tv and sonos surround sound system. They worked quickly and everything looks and sounds great. Al was very easy to communicate with the entire time. Will definitely is them again for my next install.

I got tired of listening to a small stereo with no bass and started looking for a real HiFi store. I couldn’t find anything except chain stores until a friend gave me Rob’s number. We had a long conversation where he asked detailed questions about what I wanted and my budget, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The following Sunday I drove to Brooklyn to visit the studio and listen to a system he put together for me. Rob was extremely patient with my many questions and worked through several setup changes to get the sound closer to what I wanted. I learned a lot about how serious audio systems work during the process. I ended up purchasing a system built around Bowers & Wilkins 802 speakers along with McIntosh components and AudioQuest cables. The speakers were used but the rest of the equipment was new, and the ability to upgrade later made the decision much easier. Delivery and payment were smooth and professional. What really stood out is that Rob continued to help even after the sale. He kept looking for upgrades that fit my goals and eventually found me a pair of B&W 800 D3 speakers, taking my 802s in on trade and giving me a very fair number. Later we also upgraded the amplification. Through everything—including a fire at the studio—Rob stayed in touch and remained committed to helping me build the system I really wanted. Today I have an incredible system with amazing power and sound. Huge thanks to Rob and Resolution Audio Visual for the patience, honesty, and dedication.
