A great experience from start to finish!
We consulted with several window companies for shades before choosing NY Window Fashion. They were the most responsive and professional, and their pricing was generally in line with competitors.
After our shades were already made and we had moved in, we decided we wanted CitiQuiet windows installed. NY Window Fashion stored our shades for the six-week citiquiet process and even came back to re-measure to ensure everything would still fit perfectly.
Installation was seamless-they finished in about an hour (installed in the living room and two bedrooms). The installers arrived wearing shoe covers without me even having to ask!
Throughout the entire process, they were patient, knowledgeable, professional, and highly responsive. If I ever need shades again, I would absolutely go back to them.
I have used NYWF many times and they not only do excellent work but they are incredibly lovely people!
Had initial issues with someone on their team, but everyone else is very lovely and kind! Yaniv was a great help through the problems I had with the shades; he saw to it personally that it got fixed within 24 hours of my initial complaint. the shades themselves are very easy to use and aesthetic! Would recommend working with them.
We recently purchased custom blinds from NY Window Fashion and are very happy with the results. Yaniv came to our apartment and provided excellent guidance to help us choose materials and colors. Production only took a couple weeks and the install team did a great job. We would totally use this company again!

Johnathan was very professional when he came to the apartment to take measurements. He offered suggestions and answered questions so we could finalize the order. Also, the installation team did a great job. The window shades operate as expected and look fantastic. I highly recommend New York Window Fashion!
