We had an Impeccable experience with City Blinds. From the first visit, the Jason, from the sales team was so helpful and never pushy—just walked us through options and made it easy to choose from their large selection. Once we decided, scheduling the install was straightforward and they kept us updated on timing. Installation day went smoothly: Carlos and team was on time, professional, and the blinds look amazing. Would highly recommend!
Perfect! Very professional from design to installation. Happy with product and service. Highly recommend this company!
Amazing experience! They were fast and efficient. Thank you Or for helping with my experience. The team was so helpful from start to end. Or did a great job at helping me pick the perfect shades for my room. The installer was quick and informative. Would definitely recommend NY City blinds again.
As an interior designer, finding high-quality, reliable partners is critical to the success of my projects and the satisfaction of my clients. My recent experience with NY City Blinds was absolutely exceptional, and I can confidently say they are now my exclusive go-to for all window treatments.
I engaged them for a substantial residential client project involving multiple custom shades and blinds. From the very start, the product selection process was collaborative and easy, and the pricing was transparent. However, where they truly shined was the execution.
Their measure and installation team demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and attention to detail. They handled the installation in my clients' home with incredible care, executing a seamless, on-time process that made the final phase of the project stress-free for everyone involved. The quality of the final product is magnificent—sturdy, beautiful, and perfectly tailored to the windows.
My clients are thrilled with the results, and that reflects directly back on me. For any design professional or homeowner seeking top-tier window coverings, exceptional customer service, and flawless installation, look no further than NY City Blinds. Highly, highly recommended!
I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this one! I was so stressed about finding the right shades for my apartment—something that was functional & stylish. The team made everything so easy. They clearly explained all my options at their showroom, arrived on time, and installed everything perfectly. I honestly didn't expect the process to be this smooth. Highly recommend!
