We had Paragon out to our townhouse in Harlem a few weeks ago, and I wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review. After seeing the finished work hold up and taking in the overall experience, I can honestly say we could not be happier with our decision to use them.
The team installed a brand new gutter system, repaired sections of our siding, and completed several exterior patches that had been bothering us for quite some time. Everything was done professionally, and the quality of the workmanship was obvious from the moment the project was completed. The repairs blend seamlessly with the existing exterior, and the new gutters look great while functioning exactly as they should.
What really stood out was the people. Sonny, Mike, Adam, Danny, Avi, Zack, and Happy were all fantastic to work with. They were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of our property, and always willing to answer questions. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and the crew showed up when they said they would and kept us informed every step of the way.
Finding contractors you can trust is not always easy, but this team delivered on everything they promised. If you are looking for a company that takes pride in its work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Paragon. We would absolutely use them again for future projects.
Inspected the roof and found a couple errors from previous company I used. When I called for the service they had scheduled me in the same week I called. A gentleman named Adam and his apprentice came on time to the site. Brought all the tools to make sure measurements were correct and perfect. Helped me assess the errors and of course I used them to correct it. They worked with my insurance to the point I didn't have to do anything other than wait for the final word. Safe to say I will be using Paragon moving forward
Experience is showcased here. Full renovation on our roof was executed by Sonny's team. Every single technician came on time every day and constantly updated me and my partner on the progress. They give us a breakdown on service and materials used to help us save money. Worked with my insurance company to help us with the first time process on the service. Can't describe furtherore how happy I am I went with Paragon!
