Paragon came out to do some work on our home and had a really good experience from start to finish. They repaired our attic vents and also applied patches to the coating on our flat roof. The team was very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. They arrived on time for the service call, which I really appreciated, and got right to work. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered any questions we had without making us feel rushed. The work was completed efficiently and everything was left clean afterward. Overall, we are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Paragon to anyone looking for reliable and professional roofing work.
