We are a 12 unit building in BedStuy. The building is 10 years old. We were working with another Property Management Company from the inception of the board. We switched to My Property Man and it has been night and day. What I love is that Cem & Semih are operators and owners -- they care about their clients and their business. They are responsive, thoughtful and for the first time in years it feels as though the board can take a back seat because we trust our property management company.
