Foot Soldiers have been a breath of fresh air with regards to maintenance services aligned with tech forward documentation and record keeping relays of garbage disposal and yard care activities at the property. 2. Their commitment to internally advocating for homeowners and should conflict arise with the municipality (insofar as conflict is within the sphere of the services rendered), advocate and provide assistance in the matter are invaluable features. 3. Communication is key in any category of relationship, and thus far I would have to give foot soldiers an A+ as per communication.
ADR Snow Management did an amazing job with snow removal at our property in Mt Vernon, NY. Fast response, professional crew, and the driveway and sidewalks were cleared perfectly. Highly recommend for snow plowing and salting/de-icing.
Used this company twice now, and they are efficient, reliable and proactive! It used to stress me out when the snow plows come around or when people would have nowhere else to put the snow covering their cars but in front of my driveway, but I can rest assured knowing John and his wonderful team will be there. Before the second storm this year, Nichole reached out proactively to confirm if I would need their services and I am grateful she did because I didn't realize I could hire them before the snow comes down. Highly recommend (and I always do recommend).

Denis, George and the rest of the guys all involved with this company are the absolute best. I called them last minute and they said yes to the job. Charged an extremely reasonable price for the amount of work and considering how big our lot is. They did a great job with the hard snow. They are pure hearted and amazing people!
