Urgent Care Clinics in New York City

I never thought to leave a review, but this needed to be said. I visit this location regularly, and there is a PSR named Briani who is always there. The wait times are extremely long, and this location is consistently short-staffed — there is always only one provider in the back. Yet through it all, Briani manages to assist everyone who comes in while remaining patient with every client. I strongly feel that this location needs more staff to support her and the other employees who work here, as they are frequently left to manage an overwhelming workload on their own. Briani does a phenomenal job, and she deserves to be recognized — City MD should make that a priority and ensure that all staff at this location receive the support they need to do their jobs effectively.

I absolutely love this urgent care! I recently went in for blood work that I needed for school, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The medical assistants, Samantha, Cate and Alaijah, were incredible. I was very nervous about getting my blood drawn, but they were so kind, patient, and reassuring that they made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Tee at the front desk was amazing as well. She helped me get registered quickly and was friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire process. I've also been seen multiple times by the PAs, Kristi and Heather, and they are both outstanding. They always take the time to listen, thoroughly evaluate my concerns, and provide excellent care, all with a smile on their faces. They truly make you feel heard and cared for. It's not often that you find a healthcare team that is consistently compassionate, professional, and efficient. Every person I've interacted with here has gone above and beyond. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for quality care and a great patient experience!

Highly recommend CityMD near 23rd St. Me and my 7 years old went there for the first time as her earring got stuck in her skin and it got infected badly. We were very stressed and worried. Place was very clean, Receptionist was welcoming and friendly and he answered my questins. Nurse was friendly and empathetic. John Han seemed very knowledgeable, friendly and empathetic. He was able to get earring out safely and was very nice to us. Overall we had the best experience so far in this urgent care and will be back. Highly recommend.

I am so grateful for the treatment I received at Mt. Sinai Union Square urgent care. I was in a lot of pain and I was so scared and embarrassed. All of the staff and healthcare providers treated me with so much kindness and sensitivity. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Renacci is knowledgable, compassionate, and reassuring. I feel very lucky to have been seen here and for the above and beyond care I was given by Dr. Renacci.

Excellent care from the front desk to the medical team. I felt very confident in the expertise of the doctor and nurse. All the right questions were asked. They were professional yet kindly related. Highly recommended.oh and excellent ramen two doors down Going west. Greatly soothing and delicious.
