I recently received really good service from 212 HVAC and Mykola in particular. He visited for routine maintenance on my HVAC system. There was good communication from 212 ahead of the appointment, Mykola arrived on time, he was polite throughout and was thorough enough to identify an issue with my AC system that had likely been there since it was installed a couple of years ago. My system is now operating better than ever, thanks to Mykola's diligence. I will happily use 212 again in the future.
I want to thank Max at 212 HVAC for providing excellent, professional service. I was having issues with my HVAC unit where it was not cooling properly. Max arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and explained everything to me clearly and in detail. He answered all my questions, and most importantly, was able to address the issue. I highly recommend 212 HVAC, and Max specifically.
I want to thank Mykola from 212 HVAC for his excellent work at my martial arts school. He was very polite, calm, and professional from the moment he arrived. He carefully examined the system, took photos, and clearly explained each step so I could understand what was happening. He was patient and methodical, not rushed, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue that others had missed. In the end he got the Fujitsu unit running again and the heat is working normally. I truly appreciate his honesty and thoroughness and would gladly recommend Mykola to anyone needing HVAC service.

Excellent service, professional & reliable technician. We initially had a fix job that went well and decided to sign up for the annual service package. They do a great job and are reliable. Pretty rare to have the same technician (Mykola, he's great) come who knows the units too which is a plus compared to other firms where there is high turnover and techs don’t seem to care about doing a great job and sometimes going above and beyond (for example, by helping to move furniture to access an HVAC unit). 10/10
We’ve been using 212 hvac for years, and they consistently fix our issues, are reachable and available in a pinch, punctual and responsive. They do great work and are good at explaining the issue/problem. Mykola was especially helpful today - Thanksgiving week, no less - in fixing a broken furnace issue.
