I was walking in the west village and came across this adorable little shop. When I peeked in, I was surprised to see these yummy moouse cakes. They offer different flavors and personalized sizes as well as custom cakes. The atmosphere is friendly and cozy. The girl inside, Novera was sweet, friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. I will definitely come back.
My husband randomly stopped because we were buying merengue near by. He bought the chocolate Dubai cake for my daughter. This was one of the worst cakes ever. The kanafe also tasted bad. Flavorless, bland and tasted like the fridge. I have high doubts that it was made the same day. Super disappointed. Save your money and skip this spot. $30 went into the garbage.
Picked up pastries here to celebrate Women History Month at the office. Some of the most beautiful, and yummy, i have had in NYC.
It is pricy, but worth a small splurge for celebration. Or just bright up my day everywhere now and then.
People here are super nice too.
There are seats inside you can get coffee to go with the pastries if you can't wait to dig in ;)
The pastries and cakes are so aesthetic~ Personally, I would say only the croissants are worth it. The cakes are too tiny for the price, and tasted ordinary as well.
Very sweet lady working at the counter. Limited seating but it wasn’t that busy on the Sat afternoon.
Was our cake beautiful? Yes. But it also was 1) delivered frozen and 2) delivered outside the lengthy delivery window they gave us. Flavors were quite muted, the mousse was very grainy. The mirror glaze was tasty though, lovely sweetness from what I think was white chocolate?
