The person who came to repair my stove and oven, Russell, was calm, considerate, kind, AND competent.
Additionally, the charge was considerably less than the quote given me just 3d ago by a fellow who spent over an hour reading a manual on his phone and left my oven in worse shape than he found it. I am relieved to now have a reliable appliance repair person/company.
