I write this review without any reservation! As a first time homebuyer; I felt truly supported by my attorney Romina Cimpoes! She was truly there every step of the way. I feel well heard and all my needs were met. She was available whenever I needed her. Her attentiveness, professionalism, productivity, and knowledge of the real estate process were truly admirable. She represented me at all times. I never felt neglect which was major to me! Thank you Romina for helping me to accomplish this major milestone. To many more representations and closings together.
Michael F and his team were really fantastic in his service helping to close on our Brooklyn condo. Lisa and Carla were both super helpful and communicative in onboarding us, letting us know what to expect, how to expedite (we closed in 30 days). Michael was always very reachable and answered tons of questions along the way. The team goes the extra mile and it definitely shows.
Anna and her team were great to work with from start to finish. They were very detail oriented and careful, which really mattered to us. They asked the right questions and made sure we understood everything in what is a very specific and sometimes confusing legal area of NYC real estate.
What we appreciated the most is how they kept things moving. The process in New York can be very slow, but Anna followed up with everyone and made sure nothing got stuck.
At the same time, it never felt cold or too formal. Communication was easy and friendly, and we always knew what was going on.
The closing took place at their office and went very smoothly. Michael, the closing attorney, was professional, friendly, and very organized, which made the final step straightforward and stress free.
Even our agent was surprised how quickly Anna handled things. That probably says a lot.
