He explained everything clearly and got the job done quickly. The work was done neatly and with great attention to detail — you can tell they take pride in what they do.

Great experience. Drove up (broken regulator with window completely off track) and was seen promptly. Dean and Michael offered compassionate service that while busy, very kindly took the time to explain logical causes and were able to replace and fix window same day. Price much more affordable than expected but also had immediate sense of honest, trustworthy, and kind service. The one who fixed window (apologize did not catch name!) also very nice and patient while explaining all. Very appreciative - would use them for any and all car repairs if I could!
