Carsbuck made my car-buying experience smooth, stress-free, and truly special. They were incredibly patient and helpful throughout my search and really took the time to understand what I needed. Thanks to them, I was able to find the perfect car, which turned out to be an amazing Christmas gift for my kids and I. I’m so grateful for their professionalism, honesty, and care. I highly recommend Carsbuck to anyone looking for a great dealership experience!

Ok these guys clearly love cars and want you to get a good value. Used cars no tricks. This family owned place was extremely straight up. Chastity rules. Financing was super straightforward with Josh. Tony’s whole team is like the opposite of my experience at dealerships. Dealer for the people will definitely be going here again.
HONEST REVIEW:
They Sold me a lemon 🍋, And overcharged me for it...
$16k for a 2014 car with 88k miles.
The car had no spare tire, no spare key, power steering fluid was leaking from the start, front grille damaged, incomplete mats, the driver’s window made really squeaky noises, passenger window not working, back seats don’t fold, A malfunctioning rearview camera, Glove compartment that falls open. Lots of scratches, wear and tear.
What’s worse is that they made me buy the car before test driving it, so the jokes on me 🙃, and I blame myself for that. It’s my first time purchasing a car so I had no idea.
Whatever price tag they have on a car, just add $8k to $10k to it. They never explained it to me, that I’ll be paying 22% interest. After paying $8k so far, I checked and I still owe $13k on the car. I called and they said I was paying interest and taxes on it. Boy was I mad.
The car came with a warranty so I wasn’t so bothered. After I bought it, it had issues within weeks. the dealership recommended me to a mechanic. I take the car to the mechanic and as he’s taking a look at the car, he’s assistant walks over and says “it’s better to just throw the whole car away.”
Right then I knew I was in for a rude awakening.
The car would go on to breakdown every 2 months with some new issues. One time it cost $2k to get it fixed but since I had warranty I only paid $300. I have had to replace a lot with new parts to get the car running.
Now my warranty is over and the car still has issues. I’m bothered because I’m now paying everything out of my pocket. I went to the mechanic one again because the car was refusing to start, he diagnosed the problem and showed me the cheap Chinese battery that was put in the car, he said either the dealership knew about it or they didn’t really inspect the car before selling it to me. I still owe the mechanic from previous fixes and now the car engine has issues again.
P.S: Joshua assisted on getting me an insurance with NYCM. But NYCM is a complete scam ( from my experience). He explained I had to make $1,100 down payment, and pay $564 a month on liability insurance, and after 6 months the insurance would reduce… BUT after 6 months, my insurance got cancelled because apparently the insurance company sent me a questionnaire to fill out that I didn’t do.
I called them and asked what can be done, they said I had to make another $1,000 down payment and $564 a month for 12 months for a liability insurance before it can be reduced. I’ve paid again and at the end, they’re asking for a THIRD down payment and raised my rate to $607 per month… I asked how’s this possible because they said it should reduce. They told me to take it up with whoever linked me up to them. If I could go back I’d save myself some money and trouble and not buy a Nissan.
2 stars because they’re the kindest people. It’s just unfortunate that I’m stuck with a lemon that keeps breaking down.
EDIT:
1. Back up camera was malfunctioning the two weeks after I bought the car, not after 2 years…And the price is over $100 on Amazon. I really wished it was $20.
2. My insurance was got cancelled because I didn’t fill out the questionnaire nycm sent me.
3. I will gladly like to set an appointment to see where I can go from here because I still owe a lot on the car and the engine is currently damaged.
