Not great. Dispatch didn't know why the serviceperson was an hour late with no call or text. Once they arrived, they recommended the wrong fix, which i ultimately found out from another company.
I hired them last month to replace my HVAC unit before summertime. I was referred to them and really glad I was. They did a great job installing the new unit and the price was very reasonable. Very trustworthy and professional company.

Great service and great people at Chelsea Cooling and Heating. We scheduled a routine maintenance check for our heating system. They thoroughly cleaned the area and equipment to assess for any potential issues, and ensured everything was running at peak efficiency.
