This is our second or third time using Chimney Sweepers. Once again, they were quick to respond, scheduled me quickly, arrived when they said they would, and didn't leave a trace. And they're reasonably priced.
They are wonderful. They were clean, knowledgeable and friendly. I got a text telling me when they would be here, I did not have to wait hours at home. They did not try and sell me a new chimney liner or have me do unnecessary repairs. We discussed my upgrading my furnace. I have had rotten experiences with several other chimney cleaners over the years that I had not cleaned my chimney in 20 years. I will use them every year and if I ever need chimney or fireplace repairs I will call them.
Great experience! Easy to schedule, showed up right on time and the crew that did the inspection and cleaning were so friendly. Gave us some recommendations for the future but didn’t pressure us into unnecessary service. Chimneys are spotless, safe and ready for winter. Thank you!
These guys were super professional and super quick. They didn’t take more than one hour to complete the entire cleaning. More importantly they didn’t try to tell me I needed to replace a brand new pipe or do brickwork like some other competitors.
The employees Damian and Eddie were on time , professional and courteous. They cleaned both Wood burning insert and Oil burner lines in a timely fashion and were spotless upon completing. Great work. Thanks Pat
