I recently had my couch professionally cleaned with Cleaning Venture NYC for the first time and the entire experience was impeccable. From the initial communication when booking to the actual service, everything was smooth and professional. My couch had a lot of stains from my 1 yr old and I honestly wasn’t sure how much could be restored but he did an outstanding job. It now looks brand new. He arrived right on time, was very courteous and extremely professional throughout. I’m already planning to book another appointment for my headboard because of how amazing the results were.
This all went very well. After 5 years my pre covid sofa needed a refresh. Inexpensive and quick. Vlad is a true professional and he even has pro tips for taking care of your sofa. Will use them again.
Vlad did a stellar job on our couch! As a woman, I was a little nervous having a man come in to my home, but I have to say Vlad is a true professional and I felt fully comfortable with him. Our couch had at least 4 years of build up on it and I am so impressed with how new it looks. 10/10 would recommend and can't wait to use their services again!
