ClosetNow exceeded every expectation we had!
Our closets are reach-in, fairly small spaces, and they required the existing shelving to be completely demo’d before the new systems could be installed. From the very beginning, the team handled everything seamlessly. The lead designer was incredible—she was highly creative and brought smart, space-maximizing ideas to the table that we never would have thought of on our own. Her attention to detail was outstanding, and she was always flexible and accommodating when we needed to make design adjustments along the way.
The VP of Operations was equally impressive—extremely helpful in coordinating everything to ensure our closet systems were installed quickly and on schedule. When we had a small issue with a couple of parts, it was resolved effectively and efficiently without any hassle. Her responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out.
