My computer refused to boot up on Monday. I took it to Computer Repair Technology (CRT) early Tuesday evening. Within a half hour I received a call from Kevin that the drive was failing. I ordered a new drive from Amazon and had it shipped directly to CRT. The drive showed up the next day about 5pm. Within an hour an a half, the computer was repaired, my files were saved from the old drive and I had my computer back. It was a superfast and relatively inexpensive repair. I highly recommend!
I had an excellent repair experience with Kevin! I needed a screen replacement on a Macbook Air. Not only was the cost of his service a third of what Apple tried to charge me, I got the laptop back in an hour! Apple wanted to keep it for a week.
