Tons of parking at this site, indoor or outdoor, gated secured site, clean, up to date, shared break room needs water dispenser/cooler, coffee, milk, sugar, tea, forks, spoons, napkins and paper plates. You will need to bring your own water or buy from vending machine. Also, the bathroom stalls wall has a hole? Construction? Or other? Hmmmm. Bathroom are a problem here for men. Too many guys work here and the restroom are not enough. Not using that wash room. Also 1 stall per floor? The 1st floor stall is always blown up!!! NASTY!!!! -1* for nasty (Floaters, overflow log slide) and limited bathrooms. Getting access is very prompt, unlike other places, making you jump through hoops, 2-week background check, and finger printed, like if I were working at a government site.

I've been coming to this Coresite since the very beginning and have to say it is one of the best data centers I visit. I currently cover the entire Northeast and wish every city had a Coresite. Clean site, professional services, secure racks and have never had access issues.

Worst datacenter relationship I ever had

Worst company by far - I wish I could give 0 star.
unhappy clients - We run a hosting company and have several cabinets with CoreSite in their NJ NY2 location -As of writing this review I have hundreds clients down due to the poor service provided by CS. Every 2-3 months you get either over charged or a major network incident.

We have relationships with over 9 other datacenter - This company is by far the worst for those reasons:

1- Outdated technology and major issues. (network specifically)
2- When there is a major outage you get one answer - There is a bridge open trying to resolve it for 30 mins or more. no updates and guess what - advertising six 999999 uptime.
3- Frequent overcharges while one or two persons handling the billing.
4- Degrading any small business - Worst handling to their issues.
5- Mostly after the money - Large clients gets way better support.
6- Very slow legal team - it could take up to 3 weeks to get a work order with quote.
7- Misleading fine print - You have to read it every time - even if you renewing.
8- If you have a major incident - They have a security person (non technical) always answering the phone - you explain the issue he tells you have to add trouble ticket.
9- They mess up access card frequently - so if you have an emergency and have not been in the datacenter for a while - expect another 30 mins at security office to verify you and mandatory update of your photo and fingerprints.
10- Tons of useless maintenance advisement - every change for any client (ex: add power circuit) triggers a major notification to all clients that have to be read.
11- Outdated billing system - PDF invoices in the mail - no portal to pay or schedule payments - but luckily you can see all PDFs combined.
12- You start feeling that you have a good deal then you discover that they send you not renewal notice to renegotiate everything from scratch and you end up paying 35% extra than other providers or not to renew while you have hard earned clients to risk losing if you move out.
13- No on-floor crash carts or seats.
14- No timely response to issues - After a failure by 45 minutes you get a network incident initialized not pro actively.

I have documents backing up these facts and hoping to help any small business looking for a datacenter to look somewhere else or at least set his expectation if he decide to go with Coresite. If you are a large business or Enterprise - Your odds might be better..
