Excellent service.
Scheduled appointment with short notice as we wanted our large sectional cleaned the day before we were going out of town. The technician, Tim was wonderful and did a very thorough job and our dog loved him. Our sofa is almost 10 years old and we take great care of it by having it thoroughly cleaned every spring and it looks like new after cleaning. Highly recommend this company.
Sohaib was great! Made a next day appointment via text, showed up and got the job done in about 90 minutes. Friendly, efficient, and really thorough. Our fabric couch desperately needed a deep cleaning (animal and general stains), and it looks great! Would recommend him and this company for their transparent and easy services.
I hired this company based on their many 5-star reviews, but my experience was incredibly disappointing.
The technician only cleaned the visibly stained seat cushions and refused to clean the rest of the couch (back cushions, armrests, and other upholstered areas), saying it wasn’t necessary. This was never communicated in advance, and I was shocked that a “basic package” didn’t include cleaning the full couch. I paid for a professional service, not a spot clean.
To make matters worse, the technician was dismissive and rude to when I asked polite questions about protecting my rug underneath the couch. He was condescending and unnecessarily defensive a tone which created an uncomfortable dynamic in my own home. He also arrived with noticeable body odor, which added to the discomfort of the interaction and doesn’t bode well for a “cleaning service.”
They offer a free application of “ProtectMe” fabric guard only if you leave a 5-star review, which helps explain why their ratings are so inflated. It also makes their more expensive service tiers (which include the same fabric guard) feel misleading. I would take the glowing reviews with a grain of salt.
Despite their advertised 14-day satisfaction guarantee, I reached out the same day with reasonable feedback and never received a reply. I followed up again — still nothing.
Unprofessional behavior, incomplete service, and no accountability. I wouldn’t recommend them. If something looks too good to be true, it’s because it is.
Tim is amazing! Very thorough talented at what he does and genuinely pleasant. Smart guy. Walked through the process and delivered on his promise for a 4 piece sectional. Thank you Tim!!
Really happy with the service provided. I was very worried about cleaning a velvet couch of light color that had not been cleaned in 4 years. The technician was honest with me from the get go, telling me that he didn't think the stains and darkened spot would really go away but the couch could do with a clean and tried. In the end the largest dark areas went away for the most part, some stains remained but fainted and the couch looked a million times better! The smell of cleaning products went away quickly, it was done fast and very professional. I am thrilled that not only is it not ruined but also looking refreshed :) See Before/After pics
