We had a great experience with Daniel - he came within few hours on a holiday and did great work with our sofa. Highly recommend.
I cannot recommend Couch Doctor enough!! We had a brand new West Elm sofa delivered and the chaise section did not fit in our service elevator. Upon recommendations from three friends, they told me to call Couch Doctor immediately, he had worked on their prices from RH and Pottery Barn. Within five minutes, Daniel responded and was able to come the next day! His work is meticulous, he was kind, sympathetic and even turned the COI over to my building within hours! If we ever move, Daniel will be my first call - I wish there was more than five stars here because he is 100 out of 5 stars!!! Thank you!
Had an amazing experience with Couch Doctor! Sent email and the next day Daniel came with all his tools, wood and stabilizers to fix our sectional couch.

He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Very professional and left no mess. He came same day within an hours notice. Did not disturb any one else in my building. It was like magic! I have no idea how he took apart my 92” couch and fit it through my narrow hallway but he did it so efficiently and beautifully. The couch is in pristine condition, you would never know it was even touched.10/10 recommend if you are in NYC and have a small apartment building where it is hard to install couches.

This company is completely unreliable and feels like a scam. Do not use their services under any circumstances.
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. Couch Dr. New York took over two months to return my barstools, despite originally saying the repairs would take just two weeks. They were nearly impossible to reach—ignoring calls and texts for days or even weeks. Multiple times they said they would deliver the furniture and never showed up, only to reschedule and then not show up again.
When I finally got my furniture back, the repairs were done poorly. I reached out to have the issues fixed, and once again, they promised to come but never did. Now they’ve completely stopped responding. The person I dealt with was also extremely rude.
