Used the Costco app to rent a car through Enterprise. Thought the price was great and had a great selection of cars available. Pick up and drop off process went quickly.
SCAM!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT!
TLDR: we were getting nickel and dimed, filed a fraud case with cc company. Do not ever rent here.
I had been a loyal renter for years at this place, no matter where I lived in the city, I’d rent here. I’m not sure what happened or if they switched management, but something changed. Earlier this fall, we took a trip and about a month after, we received a bill we owed for the tolls. We HAD an EZ pass in the car…… so why would we owe for tolls? We called and they were like sorry that was a mistake. Ok. Then we have another charge come through about another month later, about damage to the car. There was NO damage to the car and we had photos that we sent before and after. Enterprise said not to worry and it was a mistake to have sent the email and they aren’t going to “come after” us for it. Fast forward to Feb 2026 (the trip was October 2025), we’re still getting MONTHLY toll charges…. Nothing huge but repeated charges. We filed a fraud complaint with the bank but wanted to warn others. DO NOT RENT HERE.
Exceptional service at Enterprise Rent-A-Car - 106 W 24 St. After a very disappointing experience with another Enterprise branch that was unhelpful and gave us a vehicle completely outside our reservation range—and much smaller than what we booked—we spent hours calling multiple locations with no success. This branch was the only one willing to truly help us. Raven from the 24G branch went above and beyond to fix the situation and made sure we received the exact vehicle we had reserved. The difference in service compared to the other offices was night and day. Because of her professionalism, effort, and genuine willingness to help, I would absolutely rent from this location again and highly recommend it.
I've been renting cars from Enterprise Chelsea for the past few years and this branch is by far the best rental car experience I've had in the city. Amazing customer experience from kindness during the check in process to getting cars ready quickly while also having a great range of cars available. Cathryn truly runs the branch so well and keeps training great staff all the time. I'm truly grateful to have this branch in the neighborhood!
We had an excellent experience at this car rental facility. The staff was very courteous and explained everything in perfect detail. Convenient location. No surprise issues or fees. The staff was the best part. They are excellent!
