I was staying at San Francisco Proper Hotel in March 2025 and the address is 1100 Market street, San Francisco. When I was standing waiting for my friends at the corner of Market and 7th Street which is in front of the hotel entrance. This security guard ( see the attached photo) approached me and told me to move and that I can not stay there. I told him I was waiting for my friends and I stay at the hotel. All suddenly not sure what happened to him, he started calling me N word and F word. He was acting like a gangster rather than a security guard. This man needs to be fired and replaced by a professional security guard. He is giving EPIC a bad reputation as a security guard company. I hope EPIC will do something about this man.
My car was parked in the Brooklyn Terminal Market and one of the Epic Security vehicles ruin into my vehicle. The driver said he didn’t have the insurance info that I should call the boss. One week later when I got the boss and asked for the insurance info. He told me he don’t give insurance info on his vehicles and I must not call his office anymore. My car is a 2025 Acura RLX with 1200 miles. A very unprofessional organization, no one should do business with this organization.
Went there to inquire about work.The person in charge was rude and abrupt.Couldn’t answer a simple question that is asked at least 10 times a day.A total waste of time.I read the reviews,all bad.The good two good reviews are FAKE!
The security using vehicle #618 NYS Commericial Lisence Plate 38132-MH on 1/3/18 at approximately 6:55pm is extremely reckless and inconsiderate. This man sped up Riverside Drive between 150th and 166th Street as if he were a NASCAR driver. He honked and turned his highbeams on vehicle that drove at the speed limit. For approximately 6 blocks, he drove so close behind my vehicle that I could not even see his headlights. Two drivers including myself confronted him at a red light and he had the nerve to accuse the other driver of being rude! I guess driving at the speed limit is a sign of rudeness to these people. Address it and please remember you're not law enforcement!
