In my experience all dispatchers, field supervisors, managers and security guards were nice people. The management and policy of Excel is very good. I am saying it from heart and honestly.
Good management. Not 100%. But fair enough to the employees. Just that some of the dispatchers don’t know what they doing. And have no respect for the guards on field.
It’s ok but the staff is Abit absent minded it’s sometimes hard to get to talk to people at the office and take a lot out of your check for uniform but the hours are good
Terrible company. Very hard to communicate with them. Alarm never works. No one is there for nighttime calls -- only a person who answers phones. Literally only 2 people there that I can talk to and responds in a timely manner. Terrible attitude. Do not hire!
