Fast customs clearance are a top notch customs brokerage company. I had an issue that required immediate help as I did not have a broker and my dog was waiting to be picked up. The exporter assured me that I did not need a broker. Well he was wrong. Someone at the logistics company referred me to them and boy am I glad. Wayne got right on it and the problem was resolved in a couple of hours. Thanks again Wayne. I highly recommend fast customs clearance.
Fast Customs Clearance is incredible. I spent 20 days trying to clear customs with a different broker until I was told by a friend that I could work with someone else. I found Wayne at Fast Customs Broker and he took my phone call 15 minutes before his company closed, exchanged emails and texts with me until 9pm that night, and then cleared my shipping container the next morning!!! The company is legitimate, professional, and responsive and Wayne immediately identified the problem whereas the other broker didn't know or didn't care. Thanks for your help, Wayne.

Wayne is the BEST - super professional and super quick. We needed to pick up our cat from JFK on a Saturday when all other customs brokers were closed or unresponsive. Wayne was super helpful and super quick and walked us through a very confusing system when nobody else would.
Wayne made sure that our cat could come home with us within an hour and a half where customs officers tried to convince us that we wouldn't be able to collect our cat for another three days (!!). He provided all necessary forms, answered all our questions, and was very patient with us throughout.
