I had a really positive experience with Flat Rate Junk Removal. The team showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and worked at a good pace. They removed old household items, furniture, and a pile of clutter that had been taking up space for months. They were professional without being cold, and they made sure everything I wanted removed was taken.
Was moving to a new location. I reached out to Flat Rate Junk Removal to get my furniture, fixtures and garage cleared. The office was very helpful when I called. I was able to have someone come out on that same day to give me an estimate and they were actually able to do the removal at the same time because they came with a full sized truck. The workers were very good as well, pleasant and professional. They also worked very quickly. There was no issues, no hassle and I was even able to pay with a credit card on location which was convenient for me. Overall a great experience and I definitely would recommend
Just got junk removal done by flat rate junk removal and the cleanup was spotless. I called one day before and they were able to come today between 9-11am. Honestly I was nervous about them but I just paid $290 to remove my sleeper couch which is affordable since I live on the 5 floor walk up. Two other company quoted me over $400 which is crazy.
