The counter employees were unwilling to help me and dismissive of my disability to the point of being insulting. After promising me they had the item that I needed in stock when I called from Brooklyn when I got there because I didn't have the name of the person I talked to, the employees had no idea what I was talking about. Ultimately after 30 minutes of trying I was finally connected to a manager on the phone (All while standing directly outside the store) who told me they did not have the item I needed in stock. I would avoid this place, especially if you have a disability as they are dismissive, insulting and rude.
This place is unacceptable. The employees are people who are unwilling to help the customer. I don't know how they keep them there. They act like they don't care whether the company makes sales or not. I regret having to return to this place. Come on, man, hire people who care about your company!.!
These guys were so helpful and approachable. They were professional and gave me solid advice that didn't try to oversell me things. I can see why they're busy! They have three separate entrances for lighting, electric and warehouse stock. They even gave my dog a million treats.
Pretty cool people. I needed to go there and get my local 3 union starter tools. They kept the box it came with and I just took the tools.
