My experience at this store was very negative. The behavior of one of the employees (with an earring) was completely rude and unprofessional, showing no respect toward customers. In addition, the prices are extremely high and not justified at all. The most concerning issue is that the price on the shelf did not match the price charged at the register, which feels misleading and creates a complete lack of trust in the store. I do not recommend this store and believe they seriously need to improve their service and price transparency.

I came in looking for a specific screw size that fits a specific hex screw size. Some arrogant sales rep, with a scarf and black jacket, gave me something different and when I told him I need a specific screw that fits a 5/64 hex key. He told me, “happy hunting” didn’t even let me see the 8/32 screw. I took my buiness to nut house hardware. They were more knowledgable and weren’t arrogrant people. Gerber really told me happy hunting, lost a sale over being arrogant 🤷♂️🤷♂️
