I recently dealt with Global B Brokers Equity division. They explained the secondary market of which I admit I didn't know existed! It's by far the best way to trade, normal brokers come with many charges buying and selling. These guys operate differently and I highly recommend their services it is simply off-market and sometimes at a discount, certainly not going back to my old habits in the markets.
These guys are good we just got a deal done with them in Murcia in Spain on our dream boutique Hotel BB. They cut through the language barriers for us and I must say the attention to detail about the in's and out's of how the operations work, the local laws and taxes and were simplified as I'm an old man and my children will be running the place while I enjoy my retirement and continue to blog by the pool while they do all the work. But a very professional service. They are worth dealing with, I was skeptical as it was remote as I wasn't in NY but they were very communicative and had the right people on the ground when we arrived to take us through the process. They helped me to look into the market in New York, it seems New York is a lot of competition for everything from apartments to businesses of course, but great help and advise so far and I am close to deciding what I am going to take. What I liked was they didn't just go with what was on their books the collaborated with other agents they know in NYC to get the best deal, I presume this lowers their commissions but they want to ge tme over the line, so I highly recommend them.
