I've always had a good experience with them. I've worked on several projects. Last minute calls are the nature of this industry so I'm always ready and expect them. They have always been great and I'm so grateful for the work.
I recently interacted with the team regarding a small casting opportunity that, unfortunately, didn’t work out for me. Still, I felt compelled to write this because of how kind and professional one of their team members - Victoria was. She was incredibly empathetic, well informed and responsive throughout.Their communication was detailed and organized, and it’s clear they’re doing a tough job and trying their best to meet needs and accommodate people. In my limited but personal interaction, I would recommend them to anyone considering working with the team.
I had so much anticipation and hype to be an extra for a Spielberg project on Long Island. Grant Wilfley was in charge of this and ask anyone to send their emails in. I sent my email multiple times very early within January then in February. Never received a reply. Not a single one. I sent an email one more time at the start of March, then receive an email that background casting has been completely filled. They could've told me way earlier instead of wasting my freaking time. Literally wasted it without proper early notice. How "professional." Keep it up with the 5-star bot accounts.
They offer you opportunities to work on some big movie productions and you get to see some of your favorite celebrities, but communication with them is terrible. They don't seem to respond to your emails or phone calls. It's like they get to contact you but you can't contact them.
Had been cancelled twice with only 1 notifying me ahead of time. The 2nd time, I had to follow up and found out it was a no-go. Wish they would have more respect for other people's time especially that I already blocked my schedule in anticipation.
