Kiel, the technician who performed maintenance on my standby generator, provided exceptional service from start to finish. He arrived on time, after calling to confirm his arrival, conducted himself with professionalism, and demonstrated a high level of technical expertise throughout the visit. The work was carried out efficiently, with clear attention to detail, and he took the time to ensure everything was operating properly before leaving. I especially appreciated his courteous manner and willingness to answer my questions. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and in providing excellent customer service. I also appreciated that he could complete signing me up for another three-year maintenance agreement, saving me the effort of calling HPS. I feel that it’s important to maintain my investment in this generator and ensure that my house is protected during power outages. Please extend my thanks and recognition to Kiel for a job well done. Home Power Systems was extremely responsive, and Lou sent a technician out to check our generator the next day. Tom, the technician, was friendly and professional. His inspection of the generator was efficient, and he explained the situation and also provided guidance on how to maintain the generator. I highly recommend HPS.
We’ve had a long road with our generator service over the past year. There were ongoing challenges that required many return visits and a great deal of patience on our part.
What matters most to us is that the company did not walk away from the situation. They continued showing up and working toward a resolution until everything was finally addressed.
We especially want to thank the (fairly new) service manager, John. His leadership, persistence, and commitment to making things right were the driving force behind the final outcome. It was clear he genuinely cared about seeing this through.
In the end, that level of accountability speaks volumes.
At first I wasn’t sure I would recommend Home Power Systems moving forward. We have been customers for over a decade and have seen the company through several ups and downs. However the new leadership in the service department has integrity and honesty that you don’t always find in companies these days. I am willing to stick things out with them and cheer them on in their new chapter just like they did for me in the resolution of my generator problems.

Mark, Rick, Woody and Dom were a great team. They were professional, efficient, neat (on a snowy day) and friendly. They kept me informed on what to expect as the work went along and made sure everything was cleaned up when they finished. Mark even spotted a cost saving for a part that was not needed after all. I highly recommend Home Power Systems!
Jeff, Rick and Tim work great as a team. They were extremely professional in every way.
