I have an import brand that I was trying to get into the US marker. I dealt with Israel at Innovative CHB, who helped me tremendously I don’t with getting a good and proper duty rate and got my business succeed. I would recommend everyone to give them a call before importing.
I worked with Isreal at innovative carrier. He is the most incompetent agent and had no knowledge of how clearance and duties work and I had to overpay $400 due to his incompetence. First he quoted me incorrect duties (4% vs 16%), he had no idea about the status of my shipment, quoted incorrect delivery timeline and didn’t pay the fees for clearance. The driver had to wait 5 additional hours while he had to clear shipment and charged me $65 per wait hour! I will avoid this company at all costs.
