Too pricey, felt kinda scammy in the end.
My Iphone fell into ocean water. I was charged $85 to "run diagnostics" and quoted 350-500 dollars to fix. I declined. In retrospect, I wasn't present for the diagnostics so who knows if they actually did anything. I'm a bit surprised no review has mentioned the ridiculous price. Its also a little odd in retrospect that this business only has 4 and 5 star reviews. I would not recommend.
David was so helpful. My iPhone unexpectedly died and none of it was backed up. I had been told at the Apple store that my data was irretrievable. But David was able to get not only my photos but all my data back and uploaded to the iCloud so that this would not happen again. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!
I recommend it 1000%!!! I went to the Apple store and they told me the phone was no longer working. I had a lot of information on it that I didn't have backed up to iCloud. I found this site on Google and thank God David was able to turn the phone on and recover all the information, including important photos like the last picture of my grandmother, who has since passed away. So I'm happy
Dave and his team are amazing! My wife’s iPhone got water damage and Apple wouldn’t touch it. Data Recovery took her phone and in 48 hours was able to recover all her data and backed it up to the cloud. They literally saved our lives!!! Would recommend anyone to use them if you are about to lose years of your phones data. Couldn’t be more happy with them!
My iPhone fell in chlorinated pool water for several hours and kept stuck in the apple logo boot loop. I found the place by a google search and was desperate because all my life was on the phone and I had no backups; my contacts, messages, pictures, memories, authenticator apps, EVERYTHING. I called in and was immediately welcomed on the same day. David explained all my options and reassured me that the business has been doing this for many years. Not only were they very fast, but also they were very responsive, respectful, detailed, and gave me a full iCloud backup file with 100% of my data that worked with my new phone. The price was a lil hefty but they were the only people that were able to help. Apple themselves said I had no option.
