There is a Security Guard from this company working at the door of 1 FORDHAM PLAZA , NYCHA , she is very aggressive, screaming at people when asking a question. She is very disrespectful when speaking to people. If she doesn't know how to speak to people she shouldn't have a job .I'm a senior , and educated, far from ghetto and I've never been spoken to like that before .I give respect always , but her she's a disgrace to herself and to the company.
I still have a great work experience with ISSM,Compare to my previous one.Respectfully staff and nice environment of work,Specially Mr Henry,good manager. I encourage new security guards to ISSM company.

The services provided is great, I don't normally provide feedback to any company as they are expected to deliver what I paid for. But because of the event they have covered. It went really well, the venue is well organized, there were instances that the crowd would go wild with the mini concert but because of immediate action and proper communication we are able to prevent any injuries from the site, they even cleared the venue and made sure everything is in place without any additional cost.
