The carpet cleaner named Ernest arrived on time. He had already texted me that he was on his way and I appreciated the communication. He was very pleasant and set straight to work and moved some furniture out of the way. He was efficient and worked steadily. He gave me follow-up instructions and warned me things might be a little damp for the day and advised running the ceiling fan. He did a large (12 x 14) area rug and 2 upholstered chairs in maybe 2 hours. I felt the price from the company was a bit high but over quality and service was good.
The best upholstery cleaning company I have ever used. Even when I called last minute, they show up and give amazing service all over their workers are so kind and professional. I extremely recommend using them..
JL carpet was great, from the initial contact to completion. Excellent communication, and prompt service.

Couldn't be happier. From start to finish, Jarrod and Charles were professional, very warm and friendly. I was a bit of a "pill" but Jarrod patiently explained the process and answered my questions, and Charles!! was super conscientious making sure to protect everything from the machines. The carpets and couch I had cleaned truly looked brand new. Charles took his time and gave everything a thorough cleaning. Honestly, I couldn't be happier and recommend them without reservation.
Addendum: There were light dirt stains that appeared to be from the vacuum head. I texted and Jarred sent Charles and a helper the next day! Charles re-cleaned the soil deposits and 15 minutes later everything looked great. No additional charge. JL Carpet is the real deal. Thanks again!
You get what you pay for, and with these guys you are getting the premier service. I called around getting some quotes, but what really caught my attention was their interest in what they were actually cleaning. Nobody else asked to see photos of the rug in an effort to let me know if it would actually be worth cleaning or not, and to pay attention to the details of what needed to be done. They were flexible with pickup and drop off, and helped to install it back too. I don't think you're going to find a better shop for the task, they know what they're doing and, I think more importantly, they CARE about what they're doing.
