Edit 2025 : I am almost 100% symptom free, have not thought about my condition in at least 2 months, not even remembering my appointments (until my reminders). Everything seems to have regulated. I am truly thankful that Lucy was there, medically, emotionally, spiritually, through a very difficult period.

Last year, in 2023, after having seen multiple specialists with no diagnosis, I read acupuncture might help with pelvic issues and found Lucy's office. She has made holistic suggestions and with acupuncture, I think it had helped with flare ups. She also recommended a gynecologist who eventually listened and got me the labs and surgery I needed (confirming a potential contributing condition). I still have some lingering symptoms but it's definitely better every day. I am seeing Lucy once every two weeks now for maintenance and hopefully working back to feeling completely symptom free. I highly recommend seeing Lucy for anything acupuncture may help with.
My favorite acupuncturist! Came here at the recommendation of my OB. Dr Lucy Liu is incredible - I always leave feeling relaxed and less in pain than when I walked in :)
She’s been helping me with the usual pregnancy pains (tightness, calf cramps), but I’ve also been seeing her 2x a week to help me with my baby who’s breech. Not sure if the baby will turn (crossing fingers!), but either way - the relief I get from seeing her has been 10000% worth it and has made the last few weeks of my last trimester far more comfortable.
I’ll continue seeing her post baby arrival :)

Lucy is one of the best acupuncturists I have gone to in New York. The level of skill and expertise is high with results. I have been going to Lucy for a couple months now and appreciate her holistic approach to wellness. She greeted me with warmth and professionalism, taking the time to listen to my concerns and asks questions to thoroughly understand my medical history. Her genuine care and knowledge instantly put me at ease and I always look forward going to see her as I feel so much better after treatment.
My experience so far has been super healing. I’m new to acupuncture and I’ve felt so safe and comfortable during each session. Lucy is a great listener and I can tell that she’s super experienced. After only a few sessions, I’m already feeling so much more healed and like myself. Even if I have a stressful week, I always leave my sessions feeling grounded. The office has been very accommodating as well in terms of scheduling. The office staff is very friendly!! Highly highly recommend!
