Great cleaning services! They remind us via text and email 3 and 2 days before our cleanings so we’re sure to remember. They’re responsive to text message requests for specific areas to clean / tasks, as well as adding to or adjusting our schedule. Diana also does a fantastic job and helped with our extra straightening tasks without a question!
Erika is an angel. She arrived on time and it was ME who was late!! She was kind and accommodating. I’ve been busy with tax season (I’m a tax accountant), wedding planning, and life and I let my apartment turn to a rat’s nest. I could eat off of the floors by the time she left. As for some of the older, more disgruntled reviews - I think it would be best to review their website thoroughly to make sure you’ve selected the appropriate number of rooms and the appropriate service. Erika was not stingy and did not nickel and dime me, but I think I chose the service correctly. And directions should be spelled out in writing when you book in my opinion, so they can be translated in the event of a verbal language barrier. Overall floored by the value and the hard work.
Patricia from Maid Marines did a great job for my first-time booking — I had an Hourly (3h) clean and she was thorough, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. She arrived on time, brought her own supplies, and left the place tidy, so I’ll book again.
Rafaelina from Maid Marines has been cleaning our 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a recurring schedule for a few months now, and she's consistently thorough. She's punctual, pays attention to detail, and makes it easy to keep the place tidy.
I didn’t realize how much I needed this until after the cleaning. My place feels completely reset. The team was respectful, detailed, and didn’t rush through anything. You can tell they actually care about the work they do. Highly recommend.
