Midtown Electric and manager Raj provided great service in answering my electrical questions and sourcing special parts for me. My electrician required certain breakers and other materials. Raj and sales staff were knowledgeable on the parts and able to find the materials quickly and offer competitive pricing. They had everything I needed in stock

Rude!! I called and after introducing myself, the woman who answered the phone had the audacity to say "get to the point" about my phone call!! If you cannot be polite to people calling your store, how are you even in business?! It's companies like this that need to go out of business! Our hard earned money can be spent anywhere, and this company couldn't even listen for the six seconds it took for me to say "Hi. My name is.... and I am calling from.... " A little common courtesy goes a long way!!!!
I needed help with heating a outdoor dining area at my restaurant in the city and these folks were super helpful every step of the way. My salesman Wade came up with a solution within my budget and worked with my electrician throughout the whole process. Turned out we needed to upgrade our electrical panel and installed some new LED lighting around our restaurant and these guys provided great service !
Was embarking on a small office reno in the city and needed some new LED lighting, data stuff, and general electrical supplies and cables. These guys were super helpful. Great selection, price, and service. Would definitely recommend this company. And they deliver with their own trucks.
Wade Schneiderman is AMAZING! He went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me on a Friday evening right as they were closing and I had a burnt out light fixture and dimmer in my apartment. I seriously cannot get over how wonderful he was and would recommend this place to anyone!!
