Absolutely hands-down a stellar establishment. Nesco re-covered a Stickley Leopold chair and ottoman for me recently, and my experience could not have been better. Let’s start with the finished product: killer craftsmanship.Just killer.The deep tufting on the pieces? Perfection.The original horsehair padding-? Handled EXACTLY as I requested.Seams, nails, piping, every tiny detail—and believe me, I look at and request things in MICROSCOPIC detail—absolute perfection. Now, let’s discuss customer service. In a newfangled universe of shoddy craft-work and reluctant assistance, Nesco has Moshe, an old-school oasis of patience and integrity. He listened to my needs attentively, followed through on each of my enumerated needs, helped me with utmost professionalism, earnest respect, and true care. Just wonderful! Millions of stars.
An amazing experience working with Sara and team at Nesco! I am beyond thrilled with the results of their work on my grandmother’s chair! Before (white-ish fabric) and after (yellow leather!). Can’t stop staring at it in our living room.
I am so happy with my 2 chairs that Nesco reupholstered for me. I provided the fabric and details of how I wanted them recovered and they came out beautiful. Quick, reasonably priced and quality work. Would absolutely use them again for any future reupholstery needs.
From start to finish the whole process with Nesco was professional, efficient and smooth. I appreciated that their communications were consistent and timely—whenever I emailed them I got a response. They had lots of fabric options and gave great recommendations. We negotiated a fair price, and for the work they did it was all totally $ well spent. We are so happy with our “new” chairs. You can see in our before/after photos what transformation our chairs took on. Will definitely make Nesco our go-to upholsterers & will highly recommend to all. (Bonus: they pick up and deliver—super convenient!)
I can't say enough about Nesco! The guys not only did an amazing job making my 20+ year old couch look better than brand new, but they were pleasant to work with the entire way. Rick was incredibly responsive to all my questions and concerns from start to finish and even sent me fabric swatches of the fabrics I was debating on without me having to ask. The pricing was incredibly reasonable compared to other companies, there were no hidden costs (Several other upholsterers stated that they would only give an estimate, but the 'real' cost would be determined AFTER they opened the couch up), and the work was done in the time promised. The guys who came to pick up & drop off the couch were wonderful as well, being very careful of everything.
However, the real measure of quality for an upholsterer is obviously, the reupholstery... and it is AMAZING!!! Baruch took my 20 year old, very beat up, oddly shaped sectional and truly made it look better and more luxurious than when I originally purchased it. Rick helped guide me on the fabric choice (which was spot-on to what I had imagined and is an extremely high quality), but never tried to 'upsell' me to the most expensive options. They walked me through all the various options, stripped and repaired everything, and clearly did an excellent job making sure the 'new' couch will last another 20+ years! I highly, highly recommend working with Nesco for all your furniture needs.
