Dr. Kil and her team are the best in the city. She is very kind, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. She creates a safe and comfortable space where she actually listens to exactly what your concerns/struggles are. I truly can’t recommend her enough. The office is also beautiful!
I’ve had a really positive experience with Dr. Kil to manage my condition. From the very beginning, her office was upfront about potential insurance and billing complexities, even though she’s in-network. I really appreciated that level of transparency. It gave me the opportunity to call my insurance ahead of the initial appointment, confirm coverage, and even get a reference number in case any issues came up later.
That proactive communication from her and front desk personnel made a big difference. I’ve had no billing issues so far, and I’ve been able to continue treatment consistently without stress or surprises.
Beyond that, Dr. Kil’s been thoughtful and supportive in guiding me through my treatment. I feel comfortable with the care plan, which has helped make an otherwise stressful condition much easier to navigate. I highly appreciate her, especially for providing skilled and consistent care.

I highly recommend New Bloom Dermatology. My husband and I have both been coming here for years since they opened; we followed Dr. Kil from her previous practice. Dr. Kil is exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough in her skin checkups, a great listener, caring, and very considerate in her recommendations. She clearly explains what’s going and how to treat. I also appreciate her notes and follow up emails. For cosmetic procedures, her consultation is honest, recommending safe procedures, and her technique is flawless! I couldn’t be more happy with my natural look. Her staff are so wonderful as well. They coordinate with me like I’m some VIP. And the office is gorgeous and calm.
