Buyers be aware! Bought Coldline HDC-72 (USR Brand) deli case Four months ago. The Magnetic strips on both sliding doors starting to fall apart after three months and water is all over the deli case when defrost. It's been a more than a month and the manufacturer kept asking for the serial number which we can't find anywhere in the deli case. Meanwhile, the magnetic strips that locks the doors completely came apart and now we taped the strips with duck tape to hold and have to clean out the water from defrosting several times a day. I highly recommend NOT to buy COLDLINE brand deli case from this place.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for any equipment for your restaurant, they are very friendly and responsive and I’ll definitely be going back when I need more quick. Thank you, Marc
