Next Step Realty was amazing! Victoria was incredibly helpful in assisting me in finding my new apartment. She had several great listings picked out and offered great insight throughout the day. With her help, the application and touring process went smoothly! Great experience overall!
My wife and I worked with agent, Sophie Crocker, of Next Step Realty. She was very thorough in our preliminary meeting. Asking the right questions and also setting up expectations. We did a 1 day marathon and had all our documents in order for a quick match. It was pretty seamless. She is smart, organized, and knows the market. Highly recommend.
It's a really tough market to find a place right now but Marilyn went above and beyond to help us. We came to tour in person and Next Step was very accommodating, with a car service that let us see 7 places in an afternoon. Marilyn came with us and when we just missed the apartment we really wanted (people will sign on the spot right now) she found us a place within the next week that was pretty much identical in terms of price, size and location. Since we couldn't be there in person this time, she did a virtual tour for us and even had her assistant measure room sizes for furniture. We ended up signing in early June. Can't recommend Next Step enough!
I had an awesome experience with Next Step Reality and in particular with their agent Luke Walsh. Finding an apartment in NYC is a brutal process these days but Luke made the transition seamless and landed us in the perfect apartment. He was on his game and made sure we got our paperwork in, a bid on the apartment that would secure our spot, and kept us calm through an insane process. He was very knowledgeable regarding areas of the city and the steps to lock down a great spot. After spending a full day (and having private car for transportation) with Luke I would recommend him and Next Step to anyone I know!
