Without a doubt, the team at Northeast Generators is first class in every respect. They are on time, on Budget, and go above and beyond to make sure that everything is completed to our satisfaction. Brandon was here on time and fully explained everything he was doing. This was the first service on our generator and he was very thorough. He uncovered an issue with a spark plug installed by the factory and has followed up to have the generator repaired under warranty. Very pleased with how professional and knowledgeable he was.
Jorge and his partner were excellent!! Arrived on time, explained what they would be doing. Did a test cutover to make sure generator worked if power went out. Made recommendations for generator to run more efficiently. Very professional; will use annually.
If I could give Northeast Generators TEN STARS, I would! They installed a generator for me, and the project went seamlessly: they handled everything, including obtaining required permits and licenses. Anthony and Michael, the owners, as well as their staff, are knowledgeable, professional, and consistently customer-oriented. I can't speak highly enough of them, and recommend them without reservation.
We switched generator companies due to poor prior service and are very happy we switched to Northeast Generators, LLC in Scotch Plains. We had our first maintenance service today and they found and resolved several overlooked issues that could have prevented our generator from running. Brandon was our technician and he was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He took his time and came in and out to show us pictures of everything that needed attention. They offer several levels of maintenance plans and the prices are well within what several other companies charge. I highly recommend Northeast Generators.
