David is truly a great guy, great conversationalist, and really allowed me to trust him and his team with taking care of a rug that has been passed down from my parents generation to mine. I accidentally stained my wool rug from Greece and they were not only able to take it out but also were able to clean it very well. Looks brand new, I will be returning for more of their services

I had a beautiful hand knotted rug but it was not treated properly and now I have a fuzzy mess that sheds fibers everywhere. These fibers get on everything and I even find them stuck in between my baby’s fingers, toes and hand creases. I tried to resolve with David several times but was ignored.
David did a wonderful job cleaning our hand-me-down Persian rug, including fixing the fringe that had decades’ worth of damages. He also steam cleaned our heavily-used sectional full of crumbs and grime from two small kids. He was on-time, easy to communicate with and provides a great service. I look forward to working with him again!
