I've urgently needed a small enveloped picked up in Manhattan and delivered in Brooklyn. I called and the customer representative was super quick and helpful. He provided all the information and placed an order for me! I had the tracking number within minutes, and everything was super smooth. I highly recommend this company and will use it again when my clients need this type of service.
Today I've had a lot of trouble receiving a small package, and I've already paid $50 and they still haven't delivered an envelope. They want me to pay another $25.
