Steve, Will & John from One Sound made our wedding on 11.1.25 absolutely amazing. They were the first vendor we booked & I can honestly say the best decision we made. Our friends keep texting us that they have not been to a wedding that fun ever! Brides, look no further!! Choosing Steve as your DJ along with Will as the MC & John the percussionist will be your best choice. Our wedding day was absolutely amazing because of them. They did not miss a beat. My husband and I got married on 10/12/2025 at the Crescent Beach Club and One Sound NYC Events provided us with DJ, MC, and photo booth services.
One Sound also did my older sister's wedding in October 2024, so they are more likely family to us at this point.
Steve was our DJ and he really made the entire process so easy & seamless. He was SUPER communicative throughout our planning time together, and made sure to incorporate all of our "must haves" into the big day. I cannot tell you how many guests came up to us afterwards to compliment the music/vibes of the day. Also, steve helped us design how our ceremony & reception would flow, and really helped us make the day ours.
Laz was our MC and I really can't believe how he kept our family & friends on the dance floor ALL NIGHT LONG - from our 5 year old ring bearer to my 85 year old grandfather, everyone was involved and absolutely loved the energy that Laz was giving! He did a great job as our master of ceremonies & even showed off some of his incredible dance moves with our guests. Everyone is STILL talking about it over a week later!
The photo booth was so effortless - we opted to get immediate print-outs during the event which was customized to show our names/date, but the guests loved that they could text the photo strips to themselves right then & there! We also got a link less than a week later to all of the digital prints from that night. The lighting & props were all awesome. Everyone loved it.
Four years ago, Steve and Will were the DJ and emcee at my brother’s wedding on Long Island, and it was hands down one of the most fun weddings we had ever been to — largely because of them. When I got engaged, I knew immediately that I wanted to see if Steve and Will would come out to Cape Cod for our wedding. It was one of the best decisions we made.
The moment dinner ended, the dance floor was packed until the very last song. Steve and Will brought incredible music, energy, and personality to the night. The day after our wedding, we received countless compliments and questions about who our DJ and emcee were — everyone wanted to know!

Steve and One Sound was the easiest decision my husband and I made for our wedding! Steve was so easy to work with and listened to everything we wanted for our wedding! All we told him that we wanted was for everyone to be on the dance floor all night long and he totally nailed it! If you’re looking to have an event where everyone dances all night, Steve and One Sound should be your choice!
This was our 2nd time using ONE Sound for our younger daughter's Sweet 16. We wanted a Club vibe and they came through!! Not only did they kill it on the turntables, their dancing, smoke and light effects really made the night a huge success!! Not only is One Sound a great DJ and entertainment company, but they are all gentlemen to deal with. The added staging and choice of unlimited extras they have to offer really made our daughters night special and they were very understanding of our budget. These Guys know how to throw it back or keep it current!! Thanks again One Sound and can't wait for the next party!!!
